About Us
Kenneth Halford
Professional Real Estate Inspector
Kenneth Halford has been a licensed Texas home inspector for over 13 years (TREC #20720-PI). His experience gives clients a level of insight that only comes from years in the field — spotting the details that matter most before they become costly surprises. Kenneth brings that same care and attention to every inspection with Dream Home Inspections PLLC, helping buyers and homeowners move forward with confidence.
Russell Bonner
Professional Real Estate Inspector
Russell Bonner founded Dream Home Inspections PLLC with a simple goal: give buyers and homeowners a clear, honest picture of the property they're about to call home. A licensed home inspector in Texas since 2017 (TREC #22172-PI), Russell serves families, first-time buyers, and homeowners across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
A longtime North Texas resident, Russell has been married for 31 years and is a proud father of three sons and a grandfather. When he's not inspecting homes, he's spending time with family — the same people who remind him every day why "home" matters.

A local team that takes the time to get it right.
Every inspection is performed personally — no rushed appointments and no rotating crews. We walk each property carefully, evaluate the systems and components in accordance with the Texas standards of practice, and deliver a detailed, easy-to-read digital report so you have a clear record of what was observed on inspection day.
Home inspections are a visual, non-invasive process, and no inspection can identify every defect a property may have. What we can do is give you a thorough, honest look at what's accessible — so you can move forward with clearer information and fewer surprises.
